Whilst we continue to operate our business, like so many, we are now using different ways to stay connected to our customers. Our sales and customer care staff are now working remotely.
I would like to reassure our customers that we are still very much here. Our focus to deliver the highest quality homes, and superior customer service is still our main objective.
If you need to speak to the sales, or customer care departments, please call the relevant development numbers as usual. Your call will be answered remotely but in the usual way. Alternatively, you can email email@example.com and your email will be promptly responded to.
We cannot wait to be back. Until it is safe for us all to do so, we have videos and as much information as you need at our fingertips.
A team has been set up internally in order to monitor the ever-evolving situation, to enable us to quickly respond as needed, and to ensure that we still put the needs of our customers, first always.
