The whole process hinges on an accurate, realistic valuation of your property and that is where Sunningdale House Development starts. That doesn’t mean selling your home cheaply – we want you to get the best possible price. What it means is that we make sure you know exactly what your home is worth on the current market.

 

Our comprehensive Property Valuation Appraisals are based on the findings of up to three local estate agents, exhaustive online comparisons of similar properties in the area and a study of the Land Registry Data for the relevant postcode. We take into consideration the pros and cons of the area, the condition of the property, the location – anything that may affect the desirability of the house in question. All that information is collated in our reports and then presented to you for consideration.

 

Estate agents will often convince you they can get more for a property to encourage you to sign up. If, having seen all the evidence in our report, you’d still like to try marketing at a higher price, we will happily go with the value you choose.

 

Once the price is agreed we immediately start to market your property using a tried and tested multi-agency approach. On average this technique finds buyers in half the time a traditional single-agency achieves, and we usually get the value we predicted – if not a little more.
