Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for an ambitious Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor with an exceptional eye for detail to join our award-winning team based in Sandwich, Kent.
Job Role: Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
Location: Sandwich, Kent, CT13 9FF
Hours: 8.00 – 5pm
Reporting Line Manager: Head of Commercial

The successful candidate will be organised, ethical and professional with an exceptional eye for detail.
They must be self-motivated, forward thinking, and capable of working within a team to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Prepare subcontract payment notices.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Select and/or source construction materials.
• Prepare and present monthly CVR’s.
