Marketing Assistant

Full time

Salary according to experience


We are currently expanding our Sales & Marketing team and are looking for a dynamic and motivated person.

• Prior experience in Search Engine Optimization & Pay Per Click essential.
• Working knowledge of SEO practices.
• Familiarisation with Google analytics/ Google Ads.
• Familiarisation with using Content Management Systems such as Wordpress.
• Writing blog posts for customers when required with a focus on SEO and researched keywords.
• Proficient in both paid and organic social media advertising.
• Comfortable using and navigating multiple social platforms.
• Exceptional written and spoken English essential.
• Be able to prioritise time and workload with proven experience working to tight time-frames and deadlines is an advantage.
• An understanding of SEO and how it relates to creative work is desirable.
• Have a good understanding of online marketing and is keen to develop this understanding further as part of a team.
• Is able to build effective relationships both internally & external.

Sales Advisor

Full time

Salary according to experience


Due to our rapid rate of build, we require experienced Sales advisors to carry out:
• All aspects of the day to day running of the marketing suite in accordance with the customer journey.
• Undertake viewings and maintain necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales process.
• Working in the Sandwich & Deal area.
• Willing to work some weekends.
• Full Drivers Licence essential.
• Immediate start.

Customer Care Co-ordinator

Full time

Salary according to experience


Due to consistent growth we are looking to expand our Customer Care Team and require an organised, committed problem solver to join us.
As a Customer Care Co Ordinator your day to day responsibilities will include;
• Speaking with new homeowners to resolve any maintenance issues they may have in a timely manor
• Dealing with incoming emails, telephone calls which are put through to the customer care department.
• Reporting and escalating issues to sub-contractors to book works in.
• Co ordinating diaries and scheduling in Home quality checks.
• Maintaining customer records ensuring these are updated on a regular basis.
• Ensuring all customer care admin tasks are maintained.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and candidates should have demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service.
This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is motivated and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience of working for a residential developer is preferable, though other relevant industries will be considered.

Customer Care Technician

We are looking to expand our Customer Care Team and require a Customer Care Technician to join us.
Do you have;
• Experience and background in DIY, property renovations, plumbing and electrics.
• Are you an excellent problem solver?
• Do you take pride in doing everything to the highest standard?
• Are you a good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service?

This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is motivated and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience of working for a residential developer is preferable, though other relevant industries will be considered.
